HOUSTON – San Jac was over-matched in the 71-52 loss, but look to improve as the season gets into full swing. Sophomore Adanna Opara (Houston / Alief Taylor HS) notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, and freshman Marian Jones (Houston / Booker T. Washington HS) came through with 15 points and five rebounds. Next up for San Jac is the San Jac Classic Nov. 20-21.
