San Jacinto College to host cheerleading tryouts July 26

PASADENA, Texas –San Jacinto College (SJC) will hold tryouts for the 2010-2011 cheerleading squad on July 26.

The squad, housed on the Central campus, is looking to recruit both male and female cheerleaders and a mascot. Interested participants are required to attend clinics from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, at Anders Gymnasium. Tryouts will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 26, at the same location.

The Central campus, located at 8060 Spencer Highway in Pasadena, is home to the SJC men’s basketball and volleyball teams. For more information about cheerleading tryouts, call Levis Francis at 818-481-8284.
